Pivot with

Purpose.

Turn pressure into performance. Uncertainty into advantage.

As seen on

IN EVERY ROOM BRANDON WALKS INTO

from boardrooms to leadership offsites

there’s a common thread:

Not a lack of talent. Not a lack of ambition.

But a moment. A moment where the energy shifts. Where the next idea is right there — but doesn’t fully land.

Leaders navigating change in real time… teams sitting on great ideas… organizations sensing there’s more available — if they can just access it.

The difference isn’t capability. It’s whether they close… or open in that moment.

Because under pressure, most teams default to what’s known. They tighten. They filter. They play it safe.

But the teams that move forward? They’ve learned how to reopen their thinking.

Through the principles of improv, Brandon gives leaders a way to break out of those default patterns — to reconnect to their creativity, adapt in real time, and turn that moment into momentum.

PERSPECTIVE

The leaders who move things forward aren’t the ones with all the answers — they’re the ones willing to change the lens they look through.

MOVEMENT

They’re not overthinking the moment. They’re stepping into it, adjusting, and moving forward.

CONNECTION

They’re unlocking what’s already in the room because the next breakthrough usually isn’t out there — it’s already here.

Hi, I'm brandon

Actor. Comedian. Second City Alum. Keynote Speaker.

At 14, I called a local comedy club in Memphis, asked for five minutes on stage — and hung up before the owner could say no. And showed up anyway.

That night changed everything. It became my training ground. A place where I learned how to think on my feet, trust my instincts, and stay creative under pressure — in real time.

By 16, NBC called.

By 18, Showtime.

Then Hollywood.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve appeared in 70+ national commercials, 40+ network TV shows, and shared stages with talents like Robin Williams, Ralph Macchio, Brie Larson, and Ozzy Osbourne.

But more importantly — I spent decades training in an environment where there was no script. Where the only way forward was to listen, adapt, and respond in the moment.

That’s improv.

And it’s not just performance — it’s a skillset.

I took those principles and built The Pivot Principle™ — a practical way to help leaders and teams reopen their thinking, reconnect to their creativity, and navigate uncertainty in real time.

Because the goal isn’t to have all the answers.

It’s to know how to move when you don’t.

Hi, I'm brandon

The Pivot Principle™

A new way to think, respond, and create in real time.

A practical framework built from 30 years of improvisation —

designed to help teams stay open, adaptable, and creative when it matters most.

ADAPT

Move in the Moment

When the plan shifts, most teams default to what’s familiar. The Pivot Principle teaches leaders how to stay present, think on their feet, and respond with clarity — without overthinking or hesitation. Because momentum isn’t found in certainty. It’s created in motion.

TRUST

Create Space for Bold Thinking

The best ideas don’t come from playing it safe —
they come from environments where people feel free to try, explore, and build together. Brandon uses improv to create that shift in real time — helping teams reconnect to their creativity and trust themselves and each other in the process.

LISTEN

Unlock What's Already There

Breakthroughs don’t come from talking more —
they come from listening differently. Through intentional listening, teams learn how to fully engage, build on each other’s ideas, and uncover insights that were already in the room. Because the next great idea is usually closer than you think.
